They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The doctors are extremely nice, but the M.A.s are the rudest and very incompetent, one didn'T even know how to take my pulse; another, Pam, is the rudest person ever, I've been here many times and she is always rude. I'm surprise she hasn't been fired by Lisa.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
