Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their office equipment was in spectacular shape- all state-of-the art and very advanced. I was impressed.
