Dr. Hillis has taken care of me and my family for years. Changing to a new practice always has some growing pains but the last visit was perfect. The front desk is so sweet and his new nurse is very kind. Glad he is my doctor. Can't imagine seeing anyone else.

His staff won't answer phones or return messages. Never seen a business like this before. I thought maybe they closed or something and drove to the office. Receptionist wanted to argue with me that I had tried calling. Really?

Terrible doctor! Not accessible. Disregards the concerns of caregivers working with his patients. His answer for everything is to either do nothing or refer out.
