John DiMichele is an amazing Dr. We recently moved out of state and we miss him something fierce. He is always sure to spend time discussing all of my concerns and never dismisses them without of them being addressed.

No, there was no annoying music
Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers?
Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

BAD PHONE SERVICE : Average wait time to speak to a live person is anywhere from Busy signal to the 30 minutes! It should not be that HARD.

The hold music is really annoying nursery rhymes.
I'm sorry - do a lot of 5 year olds call and book their own appointments?!? Listening to kid music for 25 minutes just about put me over the edge, as you can tell. I won't be calling this office again. First and last appointment.

Yes

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Absolutely! I can always count on them

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
