Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Dr Wade is very easy-going and friendly. He never appears too busy to sit down & talk about problems I am having. He has good knowledge & makes me & my family feel important.
