They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. We have been trying for literally months to have our bill paid off but they will not process our payments. They do not send bills on a monthly basis, though they told me on 3 occasions they would do that. I went so far as to email the doctor personally, but that only resulted in another recorded message left on my phone, with the same results as before. One girl in the office passed the blame to the one before her, but she is no better in the way she deals with things. I have left messages on their office phones, even though it's supposed to be working hours, but nothing seems to change. I've never had so much trouble in trying to pay off a bill! My husband was the patient to begin with 4 yrs ago. Dr. Reyes told us he had previously had several silent heart attacks so I was concerned all these years. Come to find out, it wasn't true. He went in for more procedures, (before we knew he was fine) thinking he needed them, but he didn't after all. So all the money, grief & aggravation has been for nothing!

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No. I still haven't talked to them.
