I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I'm not gonna say I wasn't satisfied with my visit, but I did feel like they didn't go all out. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. We have been trying for literally months to have our bill paid off but they will not process our payments. They do not send bills on a monthly basis, though they told me on 3 occasions they would do that. I went so far as to email the doctor personally, but that only resulted in another recorded message left on my phone, with the same results as before. One girl in the office passed the blame to the one before her, but she is no better in the way she deals with things. I have left messages on their office phones, even though it's supposed to be working hours, but nothing seems to change. I've never had so much trouble in trying to pay off a bill! My husband was the patient to begin with 4 yrs ago. Dr. Reyes told us he had previously had several silent heart attacks so I was concerned all these years. Come to find out, it wasn't true. He went in for more procedures, (before we knew he was fine) thinking he needed them, but he didn't after all. So all the money, grief & aggravation has been for nothing!
