Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
