The staff always treats me good. They are a pleasure to deal with and the doctor is great, always treats me good and goes out of her way to help me with my condition.

My experience at Hahnemann was exceptional. I arrived to the Emergency Room and was feeling terrible with chest pain . The nurses and physicians were attentive. I did feel as though the resident was not listening to my complaints. He basically disregarded what made me come to the ER because the lab results were normal. I am so thankful that Dr. Gupta Bala saw me during my hospital stay. She LISTENED to me and additional studies were performed. I tell everyone I know about her. She is the best physician I know and I work in healthcare and ran laboratory and cardiology departments. If you want additional feedback please call my cell any time 215-518-0078.
