My experience at Hahnemann was exceptional. I arrived to the Emergency Room and was feeling terrible with chest pain . The nurses and physicians were attentive. I did feel as though the resident was not listening to my complaints. He basically disregarded what made me come to the ER because the lab results were normal. I am so thankful that Dr. Gupta Bala saw me during my hospital stay. She LISTENED to me and additional studies were performed. I tell everyone I know about her. She is the best physician I know and I work in healthcare and ran laboratory and cardiology departments. If you want additional feedback please call my cell any time 215-518-0078.
