Dr. Carpenter never makes me feel rushed and always explains my questions well and will re-explain if I don't quite get something. I trust Dr. Carpenter's judgment - he knows what he knows and is willing to refer to other specialists if needed. Our whole family has gone to him for years with many different bone problems and we have never had anything but positive experience and satisfaction.

They weren't friendly even one bit. They were extremely rude, abrasive, and impolite. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. The office was easy enough to find. I would not go to this horrid Doctor if he was the only Doctor who could keep me alive! Horrid horrid Doctor! I left his office crying and he could not have cared less.

They were very helpful and friendly. When I had a question after my surgery I called and got the answer I needed (without having to schedule an appointment to get the answer). He discussed all my options with me and answered any questions I had. He was more concerned about making sure I got the care I needed and what I would be comfortable with. He discussed the possible risks of the surgery before we scheduled the surgery. The surgery did everything it was suppose to and the doctor did everything he said he would do. I would recommend Dr. Carpenter to somebody who needs an ulnar and carpal release.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I even feel that they put my physical health in danger so I had to get a new Dr. After getting a new Dr that cared (Dr J. Anderson) in Hermiston Oregon I was fixed and on the road to recovery. They even worked with me on the billing cause I did not have medical insurance. My new hip is awesome.
