Dr. Carpenter never makes me feel rushed and always explains my questions well and will re-explain if I don't quite get something. I trust Dr. Carpenter's judgment - he knows what he knows and is willing to refer to other specialists if needed. Our whole family has gone to him for years with many different bone problems and we have never had anything but positive experience and satisfaction.

They weren't friendly even one bit. They were extremely rude, abrasive, and impolite. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. The office was easy enough to find. I would not go to this horrid Doctor if he was the only Doctor who could keep me alive! Horrid horrid Doctor! I left his office crying and he could not have cared less.
