Hardly ever a wait to see the doctor and Dr. VanNoy is always in a good mood, listens, and is great with my boys. I'm more than satisfied with West Park Pediatrics.

I absolutely love Dr. Van Noy!!! He has been the provider for both of my kids since birth. My kids and I are completely comfortable with him because during every visit he shows genuine concern, not only for their health but grades, activities, peer pressures, school, I mean everything!! He honestly answers questions and sits and talks with the kids...in 16 years I have never felt rushed by him or left with any kind of uncertainty about what's going on. He truly cares for them and it shows. I moved to Greensboro seven years ago and refused to lose him as a provider for my kids, so anytime they need to be seen we make the trip to Wilkes. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone that mentions needing a pediatrician.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, extremely spacious
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Not at all. They encouraged second opinions
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
