Dr. Jordan has been examining my eyes for many years, and has always been competent, and knowledgable. You may sometimes have to wait a bit, but at least you know you are dealing with a professional, who knows your history, and any problems. He is also a surgeon, and has a fair sized staff working with him.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
