After a wait, the docs in the practice are nice and exams are okay, but they pull financial shenanigans by charging for services they say aren't covered by insurance. They make you pay extra $$ on top of shelling out the co-pay! Also, they want to make you have to use their eyeglasses service. If your insurance does cover the extra exam, you are unbeknowningly bound to buy their eyeglasses. They know that, however, and do not reveal that. Out for the money, not for healing.

My experience with dr. alan jordan was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any health professional in my fifty years of living. He lacks patience, compassion, and was very rude telling me "if I didn't like that he lack patience I could leave now" this because I expressed the frustration I was having with my eye condition, and the testing he was giving. Telling me he had patients with more important issues. When I pointed out his lack of professionalism things got even worst. He told me that I should be quiet, which I continued to express my feelings of not excepting him speaking to me in that manner. I asked if we could just get the testing over and he told me " if I sat in the chair and shut the hell up he would treat me". Who dares to speaks to their patients in this manner? I would never ever recommend him with that behavior. The staff was very friendly and professional even apologetic. His behavior was reprehensible and should never be tolerated no matter what. He spoke to me in a manner that no paid professional with moral decency should ever do. No patient should ever have to get to the point of profanity with their healthcare provider. I am still shaking my head....
