Dr Becker is the worst Dr I have ever seen. I am with the person below.. if I could give him a lower star rating I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Does not listen to concerns, has one foot out the door while you are speaking to him and forgets what he actually discusses with you because apparently doesn't keep notes in his patients profile as he is supposed to. He had me on medication and suggested if that didn't work then we would do surgery for my deviated septum, went back for a follow up and forgot he even had me on meds and that he had suggested surgery. I asked why doesn't he keep notes and he rudely stated "I keep some notes" he denied what he originally had suggested. I honestly don't even know how there is such an unorganized (when it comes to important patient notes) dr in practice. Made myself and family that was with me upset and in the end said "sorry cant help you I suggest you go see another dr".

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I do need to be patient, as they aer always very busy.They never seem to cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. They seem to be willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question, only because I have heard him on the phone, or dictaphone, dictating. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. This is a VERY busy, family office. You can be sure to see large families at all times, as he tends to stay very booked. The wait time therefore seems long. Dr. Becker is very easy to talk to, and has a great chairside manner!
