I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The on site allergist was not very help and rude they did not listen to my problem or be sympathetic to my needs, instead they over talked m. I canceled the service I was so upset....

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I do plan on recommending them to my friends and acquaintances. If anyone I know is in need of a good ENT doctor, I will direct them here. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
