First, I have never made a review of anyone, positive or negative, until now!
I acquired Poison Ivy in the fall of 2013 while deer hunting. I get this about every year and have always been treated by past good Doctors with Prednisone, a powerful Steroid, because it is the only thing that cures it for me. Before I made an appointment with Rock, I called their office and asked how much is it for a office visit and they said for cash costumers it is $115. So I agreed to make this appointment as I was starting to itch. This diagnosis was confirmed by Rock but in her wisdom and effort to save my life she said to me that she was not going to prescribe Prednisone because it is to strong and so she recommended a over the counter hydrocortisone cream. Wait a second; I am paying her $115 to tell me what the Pharmacist at Wal-Mart could tell me? I had some of this cream in my medicine cabinet and it does not work and has never worked, but Rock did not listen to me!

But here's where the straw that broke the camel’s back. Not only did I not receive treatment but when I went to write a check for the "no" service call, they told me the bill was $167, I said that was not right. Check with Rock as I am not paying this, you guys told me on the phone when I made this appointment it was $115. The assistant went back to check and Rock said I was a level 5 and not a level 4 and I had to pay the $167. I told them that i was not going to pay as I called to confirm a cash appointment and it was $115. So I paid the $115 and did not even take their 10% discount for paying cash, I just wanted out of there. So in mid-February I received a letter telling me that if I did not pay her up-charge that she would turn me into a collection agency. Wow, No Service and she is allowed to charge me more for reasons that are only in her mind, what a crime! No wonder there is a problem in our country with health care and she is it. Please think twice before paying money to see this woman.
I changed doctors and they immediately wrote me a prescription for Predinsone, I am now healed up and now it is time to spread the word so others don't get screwed like I did!
