I was there for my right ear that was really hurting and painful after seeing my VA primary doctor....Ent professionals didn't find anything....went back to the VA and was given ear drops.....now, my right ear is bleeding inside and builds up pressure. I was told not to use QTips and did what I was told.....but have to now to clean out the blood! I have to go see another doctor to figure out what is really going on - so disappointed in doctors these days because of this result! I am very disappointed in doctors these days because I am still in pain but now am dealing with a blood issue!

I will give them 2 and 1/2 stars for one reason... I was in the office literally less than 30 minutes from the time I came in to do paperwork till the time I got out. I know this because I left work (about a 15 min drive each way) and made it back within an hour. They were all very nice, everything seemed prompt, but they would not let me pay right then, they told me the invoice was not ready and I would have to wait for it. I recieved the statement from my insurance and of course it went to the deductable, but for that 30 min visit the cost was $687 and change... so almost $1400/hr..
