I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
