I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I've always felt as though Dr. Oehrtman was listening to my personal needs and provided me with the best possible care for me in my situation. I take my kids to him now as well!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
