They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their office was nice and quiet.
