Dr Svoboda came in on a saturday to see my grand-daughter who had fallen and cut open her lower lip and loosened 4 teeth....we we thrilled that no teeth were lost and her lip looks fine

The Dentist, Dr. Svoboda, and Dental office staff are wonderful aside from office manager PAT. The billing and customer service for the dental office in my opinion is the worst I have ever experienced from a Dental or Dr office. Every interaction with the office manager has not been pleasant. It is always a hassle with the office manager PAT. My experince with her is that she is rude, arrogant, has an inflated self importance, and difficult to deal with. In my opinion, the Dentist would do himself a favor if PAT was put on permanent vacation. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

My daughter has a dental phobia, and we tried several dentists before we found this one. They were the only ones patient enough to deal with her! They were knowledge and trustworthy also. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.

They charge you for appointments you canceled a year ago and when I refused to pay it, they threatened to call CPS on me. Do NOT bother with this office. They are horrible to deal with and totally not worth it.

Be aware that this dentist will charge you a $75 fee for cancelations made inside of 24 hours and there is a $25 fee for each 5 minutes you are late for the appointment. THEY ARE NOT FLEXABLE AND WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU ON THIS FEE.

I'd also caution you if you even suspect that your child may be allergic to latex, you may what to seek a different provider. My daughter has a very mild allergy to latex and although the staff was aware of this, she left the facility having an extreme allergic reaction. Funny thing is that she has never had a problem like this at any other dental facility or hospital.

BTW - the staff's professional fix for her reaction was to provide 2 Benadryl and send her on her way, while insisting that they in no way used latex with direct contact during her visit and it’s just that latex is present in the air at their facility. On a more positive note, the dentist did take the time to follow up with a phone call and checked on the status of the reaction when we returned home.

I for one will not be utilizing the services of Federal Way Dentistry ever again!
