Dr Svoboda came in on a saturday to see my grand-daughter who had fallen and cut open her lower lip and loosened 4 teeth....we we thrilled that no teeth were lost and her lip looks fine

The Dentist, Dr. Svoboda, and Dental office staff are wonderful aside from office manager PAT. The billing and customer service for the dental office in my opinion is the worst I have ever experienced from a Dental or Dr office. Every interaction with the office manager has not been pleasant. It is always a hassle with the office manager PAT. My experince with her is that she is rude, arrogant, has an inflated self importance, and difficult to deal with. In my opinion, the Dentist would do himself a favor if PAT was put on permanent vacation. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
