The office staff does not understand what the patients are needing or most of all asking! There are charges they will come up with from NO Show, Rescheduling and so called LATE FEES??? My husband and I have explained this to all our family members and most have them have found other providers covered by our insurance companies. BETH, the office manager is not professional in any manner. I advised her Dr. Nguyen would be appalled at how they are managing the office, she told me he has nothing to do with the billing or the front office staff! How do you like that Dr. Mark Nguyen?

The dentist does too much unnecessary work and also tries to do dental work that should be outsourced to a more expierenced/specialized dentist. The front office staff couldn't find their way through a wet paper bag. This is what saddens me the most becasue two years back, the front office is what attracted me here. Very unorganized and misinformed. Save yourself the headache, if you need a regular dentist, find a different office. If you need one thing done as an emergency, walk-ins are welcomed.
