My son who is a college student in Huntsville Texas went to Dr Nguyen to have a mouth piece made for teeth grinding. Several months and two fittings later almost a year as a matter of fact we still have no mouth piece. Keep in mind that the mouth piece was paid for in full on the first visit. In the months that have passed we have not received notification in regards to the mouthpiece. Needless to say out of sight out of mind. Today I call and speak with Beth Nguyen. She advised me that it was the responsibility of my son to contact them. I reminded her that he was at college and working and very hard for him to get to Fort Worth. She told me I needed to come get it and take it to him. Please keep in mind that Huntsville is a 3 hour drive. I told her if I did that it would be for nothing because she knew as well as I did that it would not fit. I told her that my son has never left her building with that mouthpiece therfore we paid for a service that we did not recieve and we wanted our money back. She said they would not do that because they had already paid the employees and techs that made that piece. She repeated herself that I needed to come get the mouth piece. I requested to speak with Dr Nguyen she refused. She said she was the only one I could speak too. I again asked to speak with Dr Nguyen she said he was not there, I asked what time I could call back,she said she had no idea he was out running errands. What in the world? Am I supposed to pay $450 for a service I did not receive and be talked to and treated this way?

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
