I have been going to Dentures & Dental Services in Denison, Texas for 6 months. I really like their service. Dr. Safford & his assistant Ebony pulled 10 teeth & put in 2 implants. They were very professional & so kind to my needs. They both explained, very clearly, how to take care of my gums & medication- when I got home. The ladies at the front desk are friendly & always call me by my name when I arrive, They are always polite when I call in. Ebony, Joy, Diane & Shasta were so knowledgeable in the follow up procedures, very familiar with the dentures, soft liners, adjusting the fit, etc., & very kind & caring.
I think your dental experience will be a lot of your attitude-it’s not something most people want to do. I relied on their expertise & kindness- Final visit Friday-Very pleased- Thank you team😁

Very bad dentures that had to be remade. Management really suck and they falsified my records. I will never go back here nor will I ever refer anyone to DDDS.

I came to DDS a few years ago, because of a toothache. I have a full top dentures and partial bottom. The bottom drove me crazy!!
Tomorrow morning, I'm going to have the remaining bottom removed and a full denture.
Yes, I've heard all the horror stories of the dreaded bottom plate. But what else to do? I don't have $10,000. To spend on those new permanent teeth, oh, how I wish I did!!
I had scheduled to have this done a few months ago but had to cancel.
I have had nothing but the best care from this clinic!! They ALL took the time to explain, from the check in person to the check out ladies! I felt a little more at ease with the dentist and his assistants! Very professional and personable!!
I'd been to other denture places and the prices were double. For the same products!
I'll be back to update on how my precedure goes.

I have been wearing dentures for 16 years so I am not new to the process. I wanted to get to teeth removed and have a solid lower plate rather then partial. It has been a nightmare ever since, they double book patients and you have to wait all day regardless of the procedure. You never get the same tech twice and most are trainees. Every time I go I explain the top plate is hurting my mouth and I have not been able to wear them for 3 months and have to use my old plate, they just say they are fine, it is my mouth I should know what is wrong. The bottom plate is worse, I realize it will wear differently, but they have not even got it close to fitting. I hate them, I want a refund and I would never go to a place like this again. I heard more patients coming out upset, with teeth in hand saying they were just as unhappy.

I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly.I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. I was ok with the appointment. It was neither the best nor the worst I experienced. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I went through 7 months of pain, agony and frustration for months! I was up there CONSTANTLY for adjustments. They kept making mistakes until the teeth didn't fit at all! They had to remake them, at first I thought it was finally right! But as more adjustments were made, my teeth changed completely. I NEVER could eat with them, several others said the same. I got down to the final relign and the teeth that came back were RIDICULOUS! I had a 2in. overbite w slanted front teeth! I went back to have a "new" dentist look at me, then walk off! He told the tech what to do but never discussed anything w me. They were going to remake them. I go for the wax try-in and I didn't like them and inquired about why so much bigger teeth and an over-bite? I was TOLD they were fine, and they wouldn't change them or let me pay for any changes, they would just have to refund my money! I said, none of this is my fault, they refused to comment. When I returned to try the new dentures, she had to make adjustments BEFORE putting them in! They still didn't fit right, she went back twice more to adjust them. When I said, I'm sorry but these upper teeth are just too big. She demanded me to give them back and go talk to the office manager! They gave me less than half of my money back, just before I was dismissed, another girl and her mother were treated even worse than I, and so neither of us have any teeth and lost quite a bit of money!
