First of all Kim at the front desk was amazing answered every question, so after then dentist told me what he needed to do I waited about 3 months or more just because i have always been terrified. So i called talked to Kim again about 15 minutes she assured me Dentist Miguel Palou was amazing they both were so she said this wed or next so i went ahead and picked it for two days later. I went in on the 11th of July 2012 i opted for the gas and i never knew anything but i could hear them talking and i could understand just no feeling i had four front teeth one wisdom left bottom one on top left also one that was all broken on the right lower when i woke i thought wow that was fast like a few minutes and actually it had been an hour plus my mom took me home and now he and his team jamie and bethenny were amazing love them all for putting me at ease and having faith again

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They left 4 teeth I needed pulled. Of course 4 needed for locking denture..I DID NOT WANT & TOLD THEM!! Over $2000 & I'm in more pain than ever. DR. Said hurt her back if she tried to pull. Refunded $61...TERRIBLE PLACE...they made me dentures even with teeth have never been able to wear & neither of my friends are able to wear theirs from same place. AVOID!'

I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I have recommended them to other people.
