I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

I went to replace dentures I all ready have been wearing , I was told if I had a appointment it was better , My appointment was at 9:15 , I got in ok but they took my dentures they used them to make the new ones ,but I could get them back in a hr , and then pick up the new ones at 2:30 . i came back in over a hr and still had to wait another 45mins to get my old ones back . the dentist never check my mouth , they never ask me much of anything , I told them I wamted the new ones real white because I drink coffee and tea ,
they get stained easy . When I got back to pick up my teeth the Dr did not put them in , or check to see if they fit . The nurse gave them to put in , they were ruff and ridges on the bottom ones .She told me to wear them three days and nights , not to brush them just soak to clean . If I have any problems to come back in three days . they do not fit right , the bottoms ones a loose and have rough places on them . They are not the white I paid for .you have to pay more if you want they whitter shade , I did not buy the cheaper ones ,
the building is nice and very clean , I think they need more help and to make sure your teeth fit before you leave there and give you what you ask for , oh yes you have to pay before you get anything done .I was there all day from 9 till 3:15 , so if you use them be ready to stay all day .
