I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly.the doctor does not listen to his customers needs, comes across a little arrogant, when i had a problem with my dentures, he didn't care, and he did not give me proper instructions on caring for my gums, when I received my dentures they were very thin in some spots, and broke the next day, when I returned to the office to get new ones, he refused to replace, but took the dentures and told me to return 5 days to get the repaired denture, even though it's stamped all over the building " same day repair" 5 days without teeth is not acceptable, I really feel he kept my dentures longer than the standard repair time on purpose, he was really angry! I do not recommend anyone to do business with this dentist! He needs a some customer service classes. I have talked with other customers while I was in the office and I'm not the only one with a problem... I will also report to Angie's List to try to reach a larger crowd
They barely gave me any information at all. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, and I felt worse when I left. I'm very disappointed with the way I was treated at Quality Denture Care and with the unproffesional way they handle things.
