In Aug 2012 I paid $729 for premium pkg upper plate only, in ADVANCE!!! I got my temporary denture and nothing more! I worked and saved for over 2 1/2 years to pay for the ability to smile without embarrassment! It is shameful the way we have been lied to and not anyone will give any type of valid information on any recourse we may be entitled to!! I for one would like some information on options availalable to recoup our loss, due to deception on the part of Quality Denture, Bluff City TN

I would go back under certain situations, and that being that they make my Dentures to fit. The ones I have don't fit me at all ,and I went back more times than I can count. The last few trips they have been closed and a for sale sign up. Sure would like to have my money back so I could get me some dentures that fit. This was a very bad experience for me and with the trips and cost of dentures we have lost a lot of money that we probably will never get back. The workers were a real nice group of people , but the dentist just couldn't get it right.

Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent.
