I took my children to see Dr Koplow over the course of a year. There were many things about the office and the behavior of the Doctor and staff that did not sit right with me. I finally switched to another dentist only to find out that the work that had been done on my daughter was inadaqite. She now has to have three fillings removed so that the cavities underneath can be fixed! This man needs to lose his lisence.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

Bad experience w the assistant and felt she acted the way she did cause she has a title. Told me my child could not be a patient there. Could not go back w my child. Still have not met this WONDERFUL dentist that i have heard sooo many bad things about. Im glad i only got a cleaning out of this. I will never go back. I dont like how i was treated! They could have been more understanding and the signs they have put up are like they are treating adults like children. They dont answer the phone and prescriptions are called in only....i had to wait for meds until the next day.

I took my five children for a new patient visit. We arrived right on time and when we went to go inside, the door was locked. This was well past the opening time. We stood and waited for a few minutes thinking that perhaps our watch may be wrong. Eventually we knocked and the office girls just looked right at us and ignored us. A few minutes later, we were starting to get annoyed because we had two babies, one newborn and a two year old and the temperature was only 20 degrees outside, so we knocked again. Again, they looked right at us and this time got up and closed their office door so they would not have to hear us knock! FINALLY, after almost 15 minutes and well after our appointment time, one of them came over and opened the door. We were upset at this point, but didn't want to rock the boat. When we asked if there was a mistake on the appointment time, all three office staff rolled their eyes and said that they will open when they were ready. They then told me that if I didn't like it to find a new dentist. I couldn't BELIEVE it! I told them that I wanted to speak to Dr. Kopolow to let him know how rude his offic staff was and that he just lost 5 new patients WITH INSURANCE due to their nasty attitude. He was so much of a pathetic COWARD, he hid in the back office and refused to come out. I wouldn't trust this dentist with my kids if he was the last dentist on earth!
