I took my children to see Dr Koplow over the course of a year. There were many things about the office and the behavior of the Doctor and staff that did not sit right with me. I finally switched to another dentist only to find out that the work that had been done on my daughter was inadaqite. She now has to have three fillings removed so that the cavities underneath can be fixed! This man needs to lose his lisence.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
