I attended this office for a replacement partial and witnessed one of the WORST displays of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The desk staff (spouse of dentist) was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful to the customer trying to explain her particular situation. She was loud and impersonal while the customer stood there attempting not to show her embarrassment. THEN the dentist (her spouse) came out and added fuel to the fire by taking her side without LISTENING to what the lady was attempting to explain.
Personally, as explained by a previous review, they herd you in and out without any compassion and give the cheapest fix (that requires repair constantly) as opposed to strongly suggesting the more expensive and possibly better quality partial to keep you coming back. I would suggest that you look for a better center than this! YOU are paying for their services. If ON stars were and option, that is what they would get.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I came in a few minutes past their cut off time, and despite the fact that I took the day off work to have the dental work done, they sent me away and told me to come back another day. This caused me to have to take yet another day off from work. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They didn't give me any information or discuss any options with me; they simply charged me for the cheapest partial they had, even though I would have paid more for a nicer one. To this day this cheap partial doesn't fir correctly and I am very disappointed with it. It felt like they were just really just trying to herd me in and out as quickly as possible. I was also dismayed that they charged my credit card for the services on the day they sent me away and told me to come back; a full 3 days before the services were rendered, leaving me little room to reconsider or find another dentist. Unless you are simply having a tooth pulled in an emergency, find another dentist!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.
Previous reviews sound like that of STAFF... The receptionist is his spouse and she is rude and cold. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
