I attended this office for a replacement partial and witnessed one of the WORST displays of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The desk staff (spouse of dentist) was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful to the customer trying to explain her particular situation. She was loud and impersonal while the customer stood there attempting not to show her embarrassment. THEN the dentist (her spouse) came out and added fuel to the fire by taking her side without LISTENING to what the lady was attempting to explain.
Personally, as explained by a previous review, they herd you in and out without any compassion and give the cheapest fix (that requires repair constantly) as opposed to strongly suggesting the more expensive and possibly better quality partial to keep you coming back. I would suggest that you look for a better center than this! YOU are paying for their services. If ON stars were and option, that is what they would get.
