I have been going to Dr Nordstrom for fifteen years and he is simply the best. Two implants and multiple visits later I would rand Mark and his staff as 5 stars plus!

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
