The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
