Definitely not, I almost choked

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

They don't have a good reputation at all with all the other dentists or patients I've talked to. They are a dental mill, trying to get patients to undergo services that they don't need just to increse their revenue. VERY poor ethics from both dentists and staff alike. If you can help it, steer clear of this place.

Bad experience - unprofessional, took an hour and a half just to get through the x-ray process (usually this takes only 20 minutes). At one point was waiting in the chair for 30 minutes with no contact. Dentist came after an hour and a half and was asking questions I had already answered with the assistant. I went because the location was convenient and they accept my insurance. I won't be going back.

The service and work at this place is a real joke. My mother, Cousin and myself had work done here and the three of us had very serious problem. I went in to have both my lower wisdom teeth pulled out. I paid for both teeth before the procedure. It took him 2 hours (my mouth was open for two hrs.) to pull ONE out and because he had so much trouble he didn't dare to take the other (those were his words) I left the office with my mouth numbed and without my refund for the teeth he didnt pull out. 12hrs later my mouth was still numbed...no ph#'s or nothing to call and ask what was going on I was freaked out!
My mother has very sensitive gums and had to have many procedures done which now that she finally went somewhere else (absolutely more proffessional) they told her that the dentist before left a few procedures half way done and also they wont release any of my mom's dental records to the new place.
My cousin same deal her rooth cannal was half done now she is in a lot of pain and has to pay again!
horrible place dont go there!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
