They don't have a good reputation at all with all the other dentists or patients I've talked to. They are a dental mill, trying to get patients to undergo services that they don't need just to increse their revenue. VERY poor ethics from both dentists and staff alike. If you can help it, steer clear of this place.

Bad experience - unprofessional, took an hour and a half just to get through the x-ray process (usually this takes only 20 minutes). At one point was waiting in the chair for 30 minutes with no contact. Dentist came after an hour and a half and was asking questions I had already answered with the assistant. I went because the location was convenient and they accept my insurance. I won't be going back.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
