No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

The place was terrible from waiting an hour to be seen, to rude a staff member to my five year old and myself. The dentis did not answer any of my questions. I was rushed out. I have never seen a teeth cleaning go so fast and do not think they actually did clean my children's teeth. I had to make another appointment elsewhere to find answers for a condition they identified but did not assist me with.
