They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.

I wish they had a few more Dentists or at least one that actually seemed like they went to dental school. I went in because of a broken/missing tooth and not only did the dentist "dr jamie"? no last name?) not look in my mouth, but he didn't even ask about what I needed done or if i had any other issues besides that particular tooth - I had to tell him about the other teeth - while he was writing out a referral without even doing an examination - to an oral surgeon. When i voiced my concerns about having a missing tooth that is visible when i smile and makes me feel self consceious- he said there is nothing we can do and to come back after i have it pulled. He didn't even look at any of the other teeth, i told him that i needed stuff done and i wanted something temporary for the 2 month wait until the oral surgeon appointment, he litereally started SCREAMING at me , and motioning with his hands (as though I could not hear or understand so he had to show me how to get up out of the chair!) So during this I am getting upset and he screams:
"NOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO, IS GET OUT OF MY CHAIR - (points to chair, motions me to get up and points to door)...AND WALK OUT THE DOOR AND DON't COME BACK UNTIL AFTER YOUR TEETH ARE OUT" I was so repulsed by this homie G speaking dentist treating me like a piece of trash or something - I could not believe how RUDE he was - How UNPROFEESSIONAL he was, I had MAJOR anxiety about going there in the first place because they always seem to have different dentists there, no one ever stays.. I was so mad that I was in tears by the time I got out the door without my referral and I have been trying to find out who he is - really - to see if he is even a real dentist because he acted very "gangster: like how he talked and treated me like i was someones bwitch or something.. He's lucky he didn't come in the office when i came back in to get my referral because I probably would have told him he was a POS that needed an @$$ beating for talking to me like that, but i knew his homeboys were outside on the stoop waiting for him so he was wanting to get out of there fast . I was in there a total of maybe 10 minutes. Never again and I will report him when i find out his last name. He should be working under another Dr.'s guidance so that he can learn some manners, proffessionalism, and morals - but most of all, workplace ethics! members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was not satisfied with my visit... not much was accomplished and I felt confused and uneasy upon leaving. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities.

I have been in pain with a tooth that is rotten to the gum line for several months now. First we waited for medicaid to obviously say no to a root canal, now I'm waiting for an appointment. I am in serious pain and all the antibiotics and over the counter painkillers are not helping. They will give me nothing to help with pain over the months I have been waiting. I want the tooth out. I believe if I talked to the doctor I would get further but the receptionists are lollygagging. The dentists are great, but the receptionists and hygienists are awful.

I left this office they are horrible there. I waited 2 mnths for a root canal that was denied, which I know wasnt there fault but 2 days after I had a appointment so they could pull the tooth. They called me the day before and cancelled it. Now a month later I gave up on them and I'm trying to get my records transferred to another dentist and they cant seem to do that....

They ignored my questions and refused to let me speak to an owner.Their staff robin was OPENLY RUDE. She was trying to tack a $50 charge on a homeless girl for missing her appointment the year before(she had no phone). None of my questions were answered.i still need to talk to an owner about this issue.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They have called me to reschedule the same appointment 3 times and I had to go to 3 visits to accomplish what any other provider would have done in the first visit, their doctors keep taking vacations when they already have a full schedule load and then making patients pay for it. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

The service itself is excellent. However, they have billed me for items that my insurance is supposed to cover. I have two insurances, with one being primary and one being secondary. But, after repeated attempts to clear this matter up, they still billed my secondary insurance as my primary. Of course, the charges were turned down, and I received the bill. I have informed RFD's office about this again. Hopefully, the matter will be taken care of this time, and the correct insurance will pay for the care I received.
