The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

The service itself is excellent. However, they have billed me for items that my insurance is supposed to cover. I have two insurances, with one being primary and one being secondary. But, after repeated attempts to clear this matter up, they still billed my secondary insurance as my primary. Of course, the charges were turned down, and I received the bill. I have informed RFD's office about this again. Hopefully, the matter will be taken care of this time, and the correct insurance will pay for the care I received.

My wife had an appointment for our 17 year old and on the day he was violently ill -we almost took him to the hospital. She called to cancel at 10 past 8 in the morning, they open at 8am supposedly, and she was sent to an answering machine. No one confirmed the cancellation and the liars claim they received no cancellation. Now they want $80 from my wife and have set their collections dogs on her. I will NEVER recommend this heartless practice to anyone EVER!!!! NO compassion no humanity, imagine what these butchers would do in your mouth?
