They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Once they found out i had good dental insurance and my wifes they wanted to soak dry the insurance and my pockets. i had a bridge thats was new by someone else and county dental didnt tell me that the other dental was responible for it. charges for everything was alot more expensive too

Nice Clean place. DO NOT USE "ANNETTE" as a hygienist (cleaning). She is crass, insensitive, and does not do a full, thorough cleaning job. The dentist was good. The young ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The x-ray tech was also very nice. Someone with authority there should oversee how hygienists review patient's x-rays and give their personal opinions about dental plans and patient responsibility to their treatment plan. Annette was over the top with negativity about treatment that should be discussed with compassion, care, and sensitivity. She is why people hate going to the dentist.

They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
