My daughter had an appointment today. They were discourteous and disrespectful to her person. They refused to see her even though they have seen her in the past and have paid all outstanding bills the same day that service was rendered. My daughter related that she was ridiculed, laughed at, while there. She left frustrated that she had been treated in such a manner without provocation. They asked me to call their office to resolve the matter. I called 5 times within an hour but only got the messaging service.

I do not recommend the staff here to anyone. This experience has been exhausting. The worse part of this is that they did not elucidate as to why they rejected providing service to my daughter. I have always paid the bill in full, whether at the office or over the phone using AMEX. It is baffling that they would expect to stay in business long.

I was new pt to office I was treated great!,, from from desk to hygienist dentist. I was seen by Annette she was the best I had not seen a dentist in many years. She was not judgement or harsh. I need a lot of work done. annette and dr Patel explained every thing in common words. Love the place!!
