The dentist never explained what he was doing to my teeth. He never showed me the x-rays and what had to be done. He worked on my teeth and never told me how many fillings I was going to have and if i wanted white or silver fillings. also he did not care that i just had a baby and that's why i was having issues with my teeth. HE was not sensitive at all!!! I asked if I could have white fillings and then he was very rude and said he preferred silver. then when he was doing my fillings he said" here are the white fillings per your request" very sarcastic and rude!!! he made me feel awful! Any time I called to complain about all my tooth pain after the fact of them getting "fixed" the front lady NEVER transferred me she always answered my questions (when i did not want her too) she is not a dentist!! when i was in the waiting room i could hear her talking to others and answering their questions too ...like she was a DENTIST but was NOT!!!! horrible experience!!!!

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was in excruciating pain during my entire procedure, and I asked for a local anesthetic but they just told me to deal with the pain. They had absolutely no compassion for me. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.

Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.

Yes, it was fine

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
