I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. I had a root canal therapy and a crown along with my cleanings and fillings. I feel that every one there is aware of what to do and are very helpful. I understand that I am expected to pay my co pay at the time of service so when I was ask for payment I was happy to take care of it while I was there. The receptionist Kat made sure that I had my prior authorization ready so there was no problems at all. She is extremely helpful. Dr. Ali made me feel confident and at ease while I was in the chair. Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No. I still haven't talked to them.
