I was totally petrified of novocaine and root canals and havent been to a dentist in years (bad experience when I was little)...I was awake all night in pain so I had to go. My sister goes to them and told me they are amazing. I ended up needing a root canal and novocaine...I was so scared when I walked in, I dragged my fiance into the room with me to squeeze his hand ,bought my Ipod and kept my eyes closed the entire time so I didnt see the needles/tools but Darlene, Brunie (sorry if spelled wrong) and Dr Bacchus explained everything to me and kept me calm, constantly asking me if I can feel anything and if Im ok.....All in all the novocaine, root canal and crown werent as bad as I thought they would be and I left there amazed how great everyone there was ...I have been there 5 times since for xrays, a crown and follow ups... I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They also send out reminder voice mails and texts for your appointments....I recommend them to family and friends....

It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

One thing I like about them, is that they're willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Every time I come here they always remember me by name. They are so thoughtful and very polite. I am satisfied with the care I receive. They are helpful and I leave feeling encouraged.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
