I was totally petrified of novocaine and root canals and havent been to a dentist in years (bad experience when I was little)...I was awake all night in pain so I had to go. My sister goes to them and told me they are amazing. I ended up needing a root canal and novocaine...I was so scared when I walked in, I dragged my fiance into the room with me to squeeze his hand ,bought my Ipod and kept my eyes closed the entire time so I didnt see the needles/tools but Darlene, Brunie (sorry if spelled wrong) and Dr Bacchus explained everything to me and kept me calm, constantly asking me if I can feel anything and if Im ok.....All in all the novocaine, root canal and crown werent as bad as I thought they would be and I left there amazed how great everyone there was ...I have been there 5 times since for xrays, a crown and follow ups... I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They also send out reminder voice mails and texts for your appointments....I recommend them to family and friends....

It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
