Annette was professional and friendly. There are many yoga and mediation trainers in the San Francisco area - and you can count on Annette's teachings to be as unique as them come. She is a welcome addition to the wellness community and it is worthwhile to experience her private yoga/meditation services.

If there was a 'First Lady of Yoga' in the Miami Valley region Annette Lorenzo would hold the title. Lorenzo can work the yoga room and make every student feel special. She has a bit of a sixth-sense. Her presence commands attention. Her energy makes students feel at ease through her infectious, playful manner which is drawn from her disciplined mental, physical and spiritual practice.
Annette is flexible enough to adjust her game plan at any minute, she spots her student's needs and abilities and can adjust on the fly, because she is tuned in, having the depth to go any which way, reacting without compromising her class theme or focus, going with whatever the moment requires.

If your looking for someone with knowledge in wellness (yoga, meditation,veganism, vegetarianism, massage, body awareness, organic farming, journal writing, traditional counseling methods) go to Annette.
