I was seen by Dr. Jennifer Hopfensperger, she is horrible. She did a procedure without offering to numb the area. I was in horrible pain. On that day I was supposed to have 2 more procedures done; however, I was in too much pain so I scheduled them for another day ( a few months later). My appointment arrived to get the 2 procedures done and I felt very nervous. I asked the dentist if she would be numbing the area with a gel and then the shot. She said with a shot, I was too nervous and felt uncomfortable. I stated that I felt uncomfortable with her performing the procedure and she went to the front and talked to the front office personnel. I asked if I could be seen by the other dentist and I was told no. The dentist did not do the procedure correctly causing more pain than normal, and apparently, it is the patients'
fault because the dentist is hurting patients.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them and obtaining a bite gaurd. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I will absolutely return. I had a great experience, and they were by far more than professional. I recently had a wisdom tooth removed, and although every person is different; I was in and out within 15 minutes and given detailed instructions for at home care. All staff made me feel welcome, and we even joked around a bit - that helps when I'm nervous!
