I was seen by Dr. Jennifer Hopfensperger, she is horrible. She did a procedure without offering to numb the area. I was in horrible pain. On that day I was supposed to have 2 more procedures done; however, I was in too much pain so I scheduled them for another day ( a few months later). My appointment arrived to get the 2 procedures done and I felt very nervous. I asked the dentist if she would be numbing the area with a gel and then the shot. She said with a shot, I was too nervous and felt uncomfortable. I stated that I felt uncomfortable with her performing the procedure and she went to the front and talked to the front office personnel. I asked if I could be seen by the other dentist and I was told no. The dentist did not do the procedure correctly causing more pain than normal, and apparently, it is the patients'
fault because the dentist is hurting patients.
